Portland

PORTLAND, OREGON – 2019
Keep Portland Weird

Produced by Jason Capps and Lon Lane

While the city of Portland is interesting in its own right, the Willamette Valley is a unique experience and the group was able to enjoy both. The group visited the Bonneville Fish Hatchery and were shown the special scaffold and fish ladders, as well as fish hoop netting for sustainable wild caught salmon.

The group feasted on incredible catered meals by Georgia Raffati of Raffati’s Catering, Kurt Beadell of Vibrant Tables, and an incredible Farm to Table dinner provided by Mark Lopez of Crave Catering. The Willamette Valley provided the local wines for every meal. Axe Tossing, a Lumber Jack breakfast, a Food Truck experience and Voodoo donuts were all part of the Portland experience. Oh…and the living Garden Gnomes and a performance by “The Unipiper” on a unicycle with a fire spiting bagpipe was unforgettable.
